Caemcore is operated by Nikita Okopnyi, a sole trader registered in Poland (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza).

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For anything related to your data, write to privacy@caemcore.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, the type of project, your budget range, how urgent your timeline is, and your description of the problem.

Only your name and email identify you directly. The rest describes your project — but if you include personal details in the free-text field, those become personal data too, so please share only what's relevant.

When you visit the site, we and our providers automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or search that brought you here. Analytics data is collected only if you consent to it.

We don't collect special categories of data, we don't run automated decision-making or profiling, and the site isn't directed at children.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

You can withdraw consent to analytics at any time through the cookie settings on the site. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything processed before you withdrew it.

Who else sees your data

We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising. We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf:is, and your description of the problem.

Webflow, Inc. (United States) — hosts the website and stores form submissions. Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for site analytics; Google Workspace for our email.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Where your data goes

Our providers are based in or transfer data to the United States. Both Webflow and Google are certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and our agreements with them include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

Together these give your data a level of protection recognised under EU and UK law. You can ask us for details of these safeguards at privacy@caemcore.com.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into a project: 12 months from our last exchange, then deleted. Enquiries that become a project: for the duration of our work together, then as long as we need to handle any claims or meet Polish accounting and tax rules — currently 5 years from the end of the relevant tax year. Analytics data: up to 14 months, in aggregated form. Server and security logs: up to 12 months.

Your rights

Write to privacy@caemcore.com and we'll respond within one month. There's no charge.

If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. If you're in another EU country or the UK, you can complain to your local authority instead.

Cookies

We use two kinds:

Essential cookies keep the site working — page delivery, form security, spam protection. These are set by Webflow and can't be switched off without breaking the site.

Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) and tell us which pages get read and where visitors come from. These load only after you accept them.

You choose when the banner appears, and you can change your mind later through the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though the site may not work properly if you block the essential ones.

If you're in the United States

We're a Polish business and we're not covered by the thresholds in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We apply the same standard to everyone anyway: we don't sell personal information, we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and the rights listed above are available to you regardless of where you live. Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your contact details, we'll tell you directly.
